Contact submissions
When you use the contact form, we store the name, reply email, selected topic, affected page, message and submission time. This information is used only to review and respond to the request, maintain an audit trail and prevent abuse.
Technical records
The hosting service may process standard security and access logs such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and time. WINPICK does not ask you to submit passwords, payment details or sensitive identity documents.
Retention and sharing
Contact records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, security and legal obligations. They are not sold. They may be disclosed when required by law or to hosting and technical providers needed to operate the site.
Your request
You may ask for correction or deletion of a contact submission by using the same form and providing enough information to locate it.
