The WINPICK database is an independent discovery index built from public records. It is not a certification service and does not replace the governing body’s live record.
Primary source
Brand, model, listing date and official entry URL come from the USA Pickleball Approved Paddle List ↗. Every result links back to its corresponding official entry so users can confirm the current status and details.
Collection schedule
The newest result pages are checked daily for additions and edits. A complete list reconciliation is scheduled monthly and before material research releases. Each local record stores its first-seen and last-seen timestamps for audit purposes.
Normalization
We remove presentation markup and normalize whitespace. We do not rewrite brand or model wording for style. Search slugs are derived only for URLs; the displayed name remains the source wording.
Changes and removals
A missing result is not immediately labeled “revoked.” Temporary source outages, pagination changes and site maintenance can all cause false absences. Status changes require confirmation against the official entry before they are described publicly.
Known limitations
- Similar product names can refer to different models.
- The index may lag behind a same-day source update.
- Historical listing does not by itself prove current tournament eligibility.
- WINPICK is not affiliated with or endorsed by USA Pickleball.
Corrections
Send the official entry URL, affected brand/model and supporting evidence through the WINPICK contact form. We verify against the primary source and retain the collection history.
